The Basics
Here I will talk about the materials and necessary tools that you may need as well as tips and tricks you will need to know in order to become a well educated, disciplined chef.
I am offering this mini course for free .
Lets start !
You will need a cookware set, preferable in stainless steel and only one medium to large nonstick saute pan.
You can find these equipment at Sam's Club, Wal Mart stores, Target Stores or any department store.
Try not to pay more than $100.00 to $150.00 for the whole set.
AVOID ALUMINUM COOKWARE
It is toxic and when combined with acid foods it becomes poisonous.

Equipment you may need:
1 measuring cup
1 set of measuring spoons
One rubber spatula
1 flour sifter
1 serrated knife
2 chef knives
1 paring knife
1 knife sharpener
1 BBQ fork
1-2 wooden spoons
1 whisk
1 food processor
3-4 cooking spoons
1 colander medium to large size
1-2 cookie sheets
1 kitchen thermometer
2 medium-large tongs
1 cake mold
1 muffin sheet
1 meat cutting board
1 vegetable cutting board
kitchen timer
1 non plastic kitchen brush
2 pot holders
1 coffee grinder
1-3 stainless steel bowls
mortar and pestle
note: you don't have to run in order to get the tools you need.
Go little by little.
Hint: you may find some of your tools at the Dollar Stores.
